Carrot from the garden

Ellen and Mommy harvested a carrot during the day while I was at work.  Ellen actually called me herself to tell me how much she enjoyed it.  The garden has turned out to be source of entertainment as well as a small supply of food.

Baby Boy Crain

Earlier last week Kathleen had a lengthy ultrasound.  We have yet to receive the report from the radiologist but we have no reason to suspect that anything is of concern.  After the session we were given several images to take home on CD.  Here a couple I thought I would share (these were captured at 18 weeks).

very excited as any blueberry lover would be.

Go fly a kite!

Perfect day to fly a kite. Ellen met Curren at the park in Mission Bay for some playtime. Pictured is Curren doing the flying while boys give chase all while Ellen watches idly by.

Ellen's 3rd Birthday

We both dropped Ellen off at daycare on her birthday and left the camera and chocolate cupcakes for the celebration. Looks like Ellen got a birthday hug from all her friends to start the day followed by cupcakes and finally once back at home more cupcakes and of course presents.

Welcome!!

Due to the growing size of the Crain family and the need to make blogging more simplified so that still gets done "Ellen's World" will be absorbed to create "The Crain Family Blog".  Not be confused with "Crain Family Blog" which is also based in Southern California and could quite possibly be related.  Maybe a Crain family member might be able to shed some light on this for me.  Anyway, you can still find all that great "Ellen's World" content from the past here as I have imported all the older posts, but going forward come here for your fix of fresh Ellen updates. Now with even more Crain added!!  I won't delete Ellen's World entirely, just in case Ellen herself cares to take it over when she is of blogging age.  What is the appropriate age for blogging these days??  I better look into this since I'm a parent.....
